Somehow it all reminds me of Bielefeld: You call, make an appointment, even this year, even in the same week; someone comes, punctually, has a clue, has a correct clue, knows his trade; can recommend good fittings (no comparison to hardware store quality); The bill comes, is reasonable, affordable, doesn't have to make an appointment with my bank. Is there such a thing, really - or was it just a dream? I'd better go straight to the bathroom again to see if the broken pipe really isn't there anymore.
