Professionals. Service at the highest level. But for such a large facility there are definitely not enough parking spaces. Almost empty parking next to it, but only for employees. Road parking - € 5 per hour. Now, in times of pandemic, companions are not allowed to enter the buildings. What about toaleya if I have to wait a few hours for my wife and 2 hours drive home?

There is a star for the emergency room, it has been a hit for years ... 😂😂😂The waiting time for an emergency room alone ... Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rest, I've never been in hospital there. The people are only there because there is nowhere else around, the emergency room is scary when you walk in there.

As a taxi driver, I find the new passage through the clinic very bad. If we pick up a passenger we have to wait 5 minutes before we can go out.

Very disappointing for a university hospital !!! I was admitted twice and each time released with the wrong result the nursing staff and doctors are completely overwhelmed or should I say saved to death. There are many other hospitals you can learn from !!!

Unfortunately no ZERO stars can be awarded. Catastrophic security service today on the parking deck, where the patients are "given" for radiation therapy. Bölkt there with all the people like a madman. It is now clear that none of the taxi colleagues still enjoy going to university. No taxi can be parked anywhere. If you want to pick up patients from the ward, you can't get by with the free parking time, so buy a parking ticket that is not covered by health insurance. Great! Just bad !!! I hope I will never have an accident on Ratzeburger Allee, if so, please take me to every hospital in the world EXCEPT the University of Lübeck!
