I have known the Thume bakery for a long time through my previous occupation in the bakery and confectionery shop (BÄKO Göttingen).
That was over 20 years ago.
It is all the better that the Thume company still exists.
My friend invited me for coffee and there were delicious pastries, of course by Thume. Of course, she works there.
Parts of the kitchen that practically floated in chocolate. Simply irresistible. No matter what I tasted, it was top notch.

Friendliness of the staff clearly expandable. It is unable to say "Hello", "Bye", "Please" and "Thank you" at 7:00 am. I cannot say whether this will change during the course of the day. But I've noticed it several times now.
