Actually a very good bread, but unfortunately burned extremely often.
Update about a year later. The baker doesn't seem to be learning anything, on the contrary. The breads seem to have gotten blacker. So now I have to rate absolutely negative. Here, no value is placed on the health of the customers.
My .... favorite baker ......! Bread of the finest, therefore 5 stars.
Baking crafts of the finest! Here is still baked properly in the old coal stove.
