The quality has declined since two new saleswomen serve it. Just because I don't look typically German, they both sold me personally burnt, half-baked, dirty rolls. Were totally rude and racist ... my mother was served by both of them ...
When we went shopping yesterday I was pretty horrified:
We ordered bread and cake. Saleswoman without gloves, all goods were touched, packed, money collected. Disinfect hands ??? Foreign word. At the next customer, the same game !! Do not disinfected hands and cash transmit viruses? Clarification and control are urgently needed here!
The quality of the goods has convinced me for several years.

What I am no longer satisfied with, however, is the way I deal with customers.
