Extremely negligent and rude staff. Non-English friendly. Broken escape rooms. (The Holy Grail). Go to other better rooms like Enigmania or Final Escape instead. 1) Room was not reset. A lock had a wrong combination with one digit shifted by 1, the final object was NOT inside the final locked box - basically bypassing 1/3 of the room, a key needed to progress was simply missing from a key bundle, making us have to try all combinations for a lock and involving the GM coming into the room and manually opening a door. Basically, 100% unplayable. Our GM Acknowledged it. 2) GM took ~5-10min to reply when we asked for hints. We were about to leave through the emergency exit. This is not only a matter of playing the room but also a safety hazard if anything were to happen to the players. After the game, we realized GM was not at the watching screens all the time, and when she was there, she was watching multiple games simultaneously! 3) They refused to refund us. They refused to escalate the issue promptly and kept us waiting for 55 minutes. We had to leave after that because we had another escape room in another city - which implied we didn't even have time for dinner. They told us to wait until Monday, knowing that we were just tourists passing by. Let's see if they actually follow up. 4) When escalating the issue, they displayed indifference. They did not provide any complaint forms or similar. (Is this even allowed in Germany?!) Perhaps. The GM left to watch a next room (poor next group...). The front-desk male employee said he called the "boss" (or pretended to). We asked to speak with someone with authority, and they said "sorry he doesn't speak English". To their surprise, 3 of our members are native German speakers and we said no problem we'll talk in German to him ;). At that point, the employee froze, stuttered and said "uhhh, no, well, he ... can't?". Unclear if it's a malicious lie, if it's due to under-qualified staff, or highly negligent people. Either way, a horrific customer experience. 5) A professional way to handle it would be for management to follow-up with an apology for their employees misbehavior and a straightforward way to get fully refunded. That's our expectation. Note: They have an inflated rating due to this including other activities (trampoline, mini golf, paintball). Certainly not their escape room rating. Sort the ratings by "lowest score" and you will see. I will edit this review if there are any positive developments. Otherwise, please be wary. P.S: I reviewed 170 escape rooms around Europe and US, and this is unprecedented. Again, it's more of a staff issue than the room itself.

Laser game is top fun , it was under the holiday offer. Great

Good indoor activity center with many good action sports including paintball, arrow tag, sumo soccer, VR gaming and many more. Also offers a bar and simple eatery.

It's a fun place. However, on the weekends way too crowded. We have been playing LaserTag with 30 people simultaneously. Sadly, this is not visible when booking the event.
