After moving, I took advantage of this facility's moving service. Unfortunately, that was an absolute mistake. I have never seen such a large bundle of errors with only one customer. Almost nothing was done right! As a result, I have a lot of unnecessary racing and phone calls, as well as unpaid salary, missing standing orders, etc. Conclusion: Had I known beforehand what an ordeal with this savings bank is, I would have stayed with my old financial institution! The only reason why I still give two stars, the staff are polite.
