Both machines have been "defective" for months, payment not possible because the only machine with this function has been removed, nobody answers the phone even though the bank is open. The only thing missing is that they withdraw money from the account every month. Oh wait, they do that too

Filthy shop, all machines are constantly broken and in times of corona nobody answers the phone and you are forced to get in touch. Bravo
