In lockdown, visit is recommended. If you are If you have daytime leisure and are looking for a cozy coffee house atmosphere and want to talk about the meaning of life, then you've come to the right place. However, if you have an appointment to conclude a deal, you will be discriminated against, you will not be noticed and you will not be offered any coffee, so you will not have access to the illustrious roundtables (banking advice is excluded)

It is a mystery to me what exactly you have to do to get the requested service. Card requested never received a PIN, 2nd card requested, neither card nor PIN received, 3rd attempt received card but again without PIN ... Quite apart from the fact that the employees in the branch write down customer friendliness and you are only served when the private, personal conversations have been processed. Incomprehensible !

Since July I have been trying to get my new and lower funding rate debited from my account. Now we have the 30.09. And I'm not one step further. Dozens of phone calls, repeated firm commitments. I work and try to get further by phone during my break. An unbelievable imposition.

Have on the phone the Sparda Bank received other information than in the store. As a result, I lacked documents to open an account. At another bank I only needed my Pesonalausweis and immediately had an account. The Sparda Bank seems to be very unbureaucratic and complicated. Then I go to a less stressful bank.

Always friendly and helpful staff sometimes a little longer waiting time. I am a customer of the bank since 1973.
