Super nice and competent trainers who respond to the wishes of the customers. I like the individual training concept in the form of circuit training. I can recommend it, especially for re-entry into strength training.

Mrs.Sporty Recklinghausen is my 2nd at home ... I train 3 to 4 times a week and I am super satisfied ... I got to my goal quickly thanks to the nice trainers who create my sports program ... it is varied and fun great fun you get to know nice people where training is even more fun..I'm glad that I discovered mrs.sporty for myself and don't regret it for a second ...

Incredible! For the past six months, I have been going to training regularly twice a week, even though at first I was not convinced that I liked the training so much. It is really fun and effective and that is not only due to the training concept but also the super good and always friendly, good-humored care. Super girls - keep it up !!

Dear people, I do not want to "resist" a completely honest assessment. Great fitness offer for women of all ages. Efficient training in half an hour, highly motivated employees who are really interested in your goals and are really super cute. A little more money for the contributions is well invested here. So if you want to do something really really good, you're right here. That's what I stand for with my "body" 😉😉😉! !!!

I have only been 2 weeks. but I feel very well there now. The team is super nice, helpful, and fun to do sports in a short amount of time. Keep it up .... for a good and successful time
