There are few at this high level! In terms of quality and quantity, this club is one of the best that can be found in the Ruhr area and in Krav Maga beyond. Whether beginner or advanced. Everyone will find their base here! Unreserved recommendation!

Very competent and friendly staff. Pleasant clientele. Clean, varied, professional. The trainers are all very experienced and the training is just fun. I have been a member for years and would not go anywhere else. Everything you need for fitness and self-assertion!
