It's just fun to train outdoors, in rain, sun, cold or warm, not really something for "wimps" 😉! Great team with a great trainer! That's why I no longer go to the gym. 💪

Much better than a gym. The trainer, who is there all the time, also ensures that the exercises are carried out correctly. Anyone who was familiar with circuit training in the Bundeswehr will find themselves here again.
