I signed up to Vita Lounge sports club during the period I lived in Germany. I have to leave a note because I have never experience such a rude, careless treatment in my life from the side of Vita Lounge. 3 February 2019 I went into steam bath and to stand the heat took a walk up and down the isle with the sitting banks on each side. When I arrived at the end of the room and was about to turn, a high pressure steam pierced my leg and I got a terrible burn. At the moment of shock I dressed quickly and just wanted to get home. Once I arrived at home I saw that I have gotten really bad burn and my that time partner took the action to contact Vita Lounge and the response was nothing but arrogant treatment. I have a terrible scar on my leg that will never go away. Vita Lounge denied any responsibility. I didn’t even get a Sorry. Shame on you, Vita Lounge.
