The yoga lessons are highly recommended. Amala and Ravidas are very attentive to individual strengths and weaknesses.

A place where I can be completely with myself, in the here and now.
I have been very satisfied with the yoga classes for many years. I can only recommend it to everyone especially with back problems.
Wolfgang and Amala are yogis with body and soul.
But that also means that they care little about everything else.
Take normal yoga classes, ok.
Before you book an expensive yoga teacher training, you should ask yourself:
Is this association registered in the association register? What number?
Payment gladly in cash, why only?
What about the premises - is there heating, cleaning, renovation to the end?
Why is the training no longer carried out in collaboration with Yoga Vidya? Who fired whom?
Are education check / bonus cashed without ominous arrangements?
Better inform yourself beforehand!
I am currently doing the yoga teacher training and I am absolutely thrilled. I already loved the yoga classes and so is the training. If you are looking for yoga in a nice atmosphere with many different yogis and yoginis, if you need a place of peace and harmony for it and do not look whether everything is clinically pure or well designed in order to go into the preliminary assessment, you are at the right place.
Beginners and advanced learners will get their money's worth here.
