Beautiful rooms in which silence and mindfulness spread. This is broadcast especially by Katrin through her competence as a yoga teacher.
Very warm atmosphere. Katrin responds well to the needs of the participants. Pleasant group number. Katrin has a nice soft voice so you can relax well at the end of the lesson.

Through the yoga teachers you will be competently accompanied by the lessons. I have always been corrected for incorrect posture. During my pregnancy, I could continue to practice yoga. Special emphasis was placed on breathing exercises and soothing, opening postures to relieve the abdomen and give room to the child. I can only recommend the courses.
Katrin teaches yoga, its origin and history very well and professionally. Super!!
Very nice, modern and well-kept premises. Katrin is an experienced and constantly educated yoga teacher. She attends to each participant with mindfulness and care and their personal "working points". For more than three years, I have participated in various courses and have, by the way, benefited a lot from the network there. My husband also goes regularly and feels very comfortable there, along with many other men.
