Monika is a very skilled, successful trainer. Besides, she is very positive, encouraging and sympathetic. I started to work with her for my chronic shoulder and back pain as well as newly started scoliosis. Although it has been two weeks now, I already feel the difference in my posture and decrease of the pain. If you are English speaking person and look for pilates trainer in Dortmund, do not hesitate to work with her.

just great. Thanks to her specialist knowledge, Monika can offer the right exercises for everyone. The training in small groups enables her to pay attention to everyone and besides the fact that it is a well-dosed strenuous training, there is also a lot of laughter.

I came to her with strong heart-tichens, a dislocated breast, and a nack-vertebra. Mrs. Olszewski has taken care of my entire body from top to bottom and looked at all the weak points in peace. When I do Pilates with her, I feel great! My posture has improved tremendously, the muscles as well. I can just recommend her. She has found her vocation to make us healthy again. Thank you !!!!
