We are absolutely enthusiastic about the private sports school in both Oberhausen and Dortmund. The latter has recently been extensively modernized. With great attention to detail in the training rooms as well as in the concept and philosophy of Baekho, we feel absolutely in good hands there. Whether young (our 6-year-old son attends the Kids Taekwondo course with enthusiasm, and the Little Tiger course encourages holistic movements in early childhood) or "old" - you can only feel good here. From traditional martial arts to relaxed yoga classes, there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is characterized by friendly and respectful cooperation. It is not without reason that the members speak of a large family. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Grand Master Cha, Master Cha and the Baekho team. Please keep it up!

I attend the yoga classes in the studio. Since I already have many years of yoga experience and have already completed an apprenticeship myself, it is difficult to convince me of yoga classes. But the lessons in Baekho convince me with the well-thought-out sequence of asanas. I felt well prepared for every single posture and could feel the effect on body and mind. You are physically challenged, but at the same time the restless everyday mind comes to rest more with each asana. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to work in as well as a work out.
