We are a software solution company located in Düsseldorf. Let me share our story with you. We have sent e-mails attached important documents more than 5 times. What did we receive? they said: they haven't received it due to technical problems. We had experienced to call the Bank many times. What did we hear? The person in charge wasn't able to talk! Then, we asked for a callback; They said sure, Sir. They never called back. Customer service is costly but poor. We have heard it from more than 3 people so far. We are not alone in this opinion. Do you want to try it? Do you think the Bank is secure when the important documents get lost? We hope we could help you with our story in National Bank in Essen.

When the sun shines on the umbrella and when it is cloudy fold it and run away. If you do not need a reliable partner. It used to be different. Too bad how a new board is destroying a once-empathic bank within a few years. I am also sorry for the employees who are not treated decently. With its focus on customer service, do not think this bank is viable in the medium term.

But you also like to take the road from the neighboring city in purchasing. My personal recommendation also and especially for young companies.

We are now customers of the National Bank in Essen. The branch in Gladbeck was closed. That led us to Essen. The bank is much bigger and more modern than in Gladbeck. We like it there. Our contact person Mr Behr used to be in the Gladbeck branch. He looks after us very well. We have great faith in him. He is in our opinion very good in his field and with body and soul here. Whether new investments or just a consultation in matters of finance, he is always trying hard to help.
