I cannot agree with the other opinions. I've been a long-time customer of the branch and have always been treated very well. My contact persons are very nice and helpful. The telephone availability is not always the best, but my questions are answered quickly by the staff by email.

So far I've always been satisfied in the branch. I don't think that the consultants can always be reached by phone, because they are mostly in appointments and I personally don't want to be disturbed by a phone call during an appointment. Everything in its time! However, one is always called back.

I've been a customer here for ages and I'm extremely satisfied. Always competent and very friendly. Appointments are made possible at short notice. ATM and bank statement printer available around the clock.

I was in the branch on December 14th, 2021 and had to stand in line for ages to get cash .... The only ATM has been broken for about 4 weeks ... There is no prospect of improvement. The employee at the checkout was clearly working alone ... The other employees didn't do anything except typed a little on the keyboard and had a nice chat with their colleagues. Of course, coffee was a must ... Two stars only because the employee at the counter was nice and courteous. He often apologized because the machine didn't work ... I still stay at the bank because a change is too time-consuming
