Good and prompt service. The rates are poor. Advantage is that also small amounts are exchanged which makes it interesting.

The lady there was very nice and it was quick also. It's inside the Hauptbahnhof, quite easy to find.

The employee was very nice and helpful. I went there yesterday to send some money to my ING-diba account, and I was not completely sure about if it was really free. I asked the lady who was working there, and she explained me that it was correct: no charge at all (at least, no charge on my side). So, I asked her how to do it, and she explained me precisely the way to do it. She was very clear, nice, and helpful. I recommend them 100% (if you ask politely, of course)
