Have been a customer for over 30 years! Was once friendly and fair! Today, unfortunately, only one bank among many! The service has gotten worse, the employees recommend online banking without considering the consequences and the fees are annoying on top of that! The reasons for some of the developments are quite clear, but in this way the bank's unique selling points have been sacrificed. What a shame!

My wife, who has been a customer for over 40 years, was refused access to the toilet on her last visit. Absolutely understandable in Corona times, but the HOW is important. The employee rude and arrogant. Due to further complaints from my partner, the domiciliary rights were used and my partner was expelled from the building. That encouraged me not to change financial institutions under any circumstances! I am staying where I have been extremely satisfied for years. Perhaps the Spardabank should train its employees better in terms of customer friendliness.
