The bank is not even ready for a personal conversation, only the same thing even after calling 10 you can only hear that no employee is available at the moment and please wait. Not recommendable.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank. Don't even reply to the emails, the bank is so professional. And here again and again the same stupid answers, pretend that they answer the emails. Communication doesn't get any worse.

FINGERS OFF THIS BANK !!! 1.) For days no one has answered my inquiries that were sent via the contact form! It is simply unprofessional and disrespectful to NOT answer your own customers as an online bank. 2.) After I have overdrawn my credit card. I was automatically debited an insurance premium for 22.90 € with every monthly installment !!! I.e. The bank protects itself with the premium I pay. Wow that has never happened to me. But of course that's in the fine print. Even if the overdrawn limit has been paid back, you still have to cancel this premium yourself in writing, otherwise you will automatically continue to pay the premium !!! PEOPLE THERE ARE BETTER ONLINE BANKS! So think carefully about whether your customer wants to be here or not ?! I have already sent out my resignation! FREEDOM TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT! PS: You should retrain the social media team to become clerks. At least they understand that you reply to messages. Even if these are always the same answers here.

Despite good impeccable Schufa, despite several fully paid condominiums and despite a common net income of 5,000 euros, 0% financing from the media market of 333.00 euros was not granted. It is also interesting that this "bank" already had funding that went off without a hitch! In a cover letter it says succinctly: The reasons are subject to the business secret. I will never enter a business that works with these "bankers" again.

It is a shame that you get emails all the time, how easy it is to reduce your credit rates when you need help. After all, paying back less is better than not paying at all! Despite timely contact, because you are professionally in trouble, you do not give in at all! You simply reject it dry, although you could prove it in writing. You will continue to receive advertising mail where new loans are offered and the advertising emails already mentioned! How damn cheeky is this behavior please !!!! I would like to give zero stars. The many negative reviews are really no surprise.
