Nice atmosphere, a professional and experienced yoga teacher. The courses consist of a balanced mixture of relaxation sessions, breathing exercises and Asana practice. I am already looking forward to the autumn courses.

Nice atmosphere, small groups, very quiet, very different hourly content, with outdoor area in the summer.
