I've been there several times and was actually always satisfied. Then I went in November and wanted a new haircut. I also showed a photo of how I would like it to be. I wanted the hair a bit shorter and a very, very light step cut in the lower part so that the hair looks more voluminous. After the cut, the hair looked okay because I had a hair dryer and you couldn't see the exact cut. But after the first wash I was able to see the cut more precisely and it looks really bad. It was just cut weird. They are also much shorter than I actually wanted them to be. I got a very odd and fringed step cut, it just looks choppy. But well, what should you say if your hair is already shorter, you can't undo it anyway. But I didn't mention it at the hairdresser's, I'm rather reluctant to do that and don't really dare to say anything. A few days later I had a hair extension done so that you can't see the hair and the cut because it looked really bad. I was hoping that after a while it would look normal again if the hair had grown a little. Now after 4 months I can say that my hair still looks totally bad and the bad cut is still totally visible.

We had an appointment with the hairdresser Olgun and were there on time. When we were there, we were told that he was not there and another date was suggested. Since we do not live in Dortmund and came especially for the appointment, it was very annoying and we did not want to come again. Why are you not called when the appointment has to be canceled? So of course you can destroy your reputation. We just went to another hairdresser.
