Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star to write this recession. I specifically said that only the tips should be cut because I want the hair to grow long. In addition, I have expressed the wish several times that I have to braid myself and that no strands should fall out. The result: a short bob because she thought I would do better. I trusted her blindly in the truest sense of the word without glasses. Now I am annoyed and sad that no braid is possible although this was expressly requested. Incredible. It was about 40 € and in the end it was 55 €. Totally intransparent. I cannot recommend this incompetent "master". Instead of apologizing, she took the money and said "it will grow back again". Unbelievable this audacity.

As a customer for many years now, I can only recommend this hairdressing salon. The salon is clean and you feel very comfortable not only because of the very nice staff. In the whole time I've tried a lot of things. From short hair to long, classic haircuts and more unusual and in between also highlights. My wishes were always fulfilled in every respect and this hairdresser is definitely the hairdresser I trust!
