As an ignorant and almost skeptical newcomer, I took part in the 2.5-hour workshop and can only say: "WOW" - Ulrike is an experienced and incredibly competent yoga teacher. Even within the first few minutes SOGAR IN MIR created a spiritual atmosphere and I was told that behind all these impressive exercises there is much more than just physical training ... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
