Dorothee is a very experienced coach. The training with her is very efficient. It corrects and gives valuable hints for a better execution of the exercises. The training is varied, because Dorothee often incorporates different devices and new exercise variants. The studio is great equipped.
Dorothee Strathmann is a really great, warm and experienced Pilates coach. Very clean and well maintained studio! Especially recommended is the personal training, Dorothee goes very well on the physical constitution of each one! All in all highly recommended!!!
Pilates classes in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the studio is well reachable from the city center by public transport. Here it is possible to 'switch off' after a busy day. To emphasize are the exercises adapted to the state of the students, very professional mediated. Beginner and advanced courses are offered - and not just for women. Another plus: The fun is not too short here. Newcomers are quickly integrated into the course community.
I have been here for 2 years and an absolute fan. Can only recommend the course. It is tailored to individual needs and provides a positive atmosphere. The courses are varied and the course times are also suitable for full-time employees.
Hello Doro, warm atmosphere, nice studio, manageable course size, varied and entertaining hours (mat, role, rings, balls, ribbons, etc.) and good parking. I've been there regularly for over 2 years and very satisfied. My back and I say thank you very much !!!
P.S. There is also the possibility to train on the reformer.
