Noreen Förster the Pilates trainer at the Pilates Moves studio is extremely professional and at the same time a wonderful person. Training with her is a mix of attention to the exercises and at the same time having this feeling of relaxation and disconnecting from all the rest of the world. Her technique is amazing and she knows how to recognise what is necessary to be trained, how much to push, and when to alleviate the exercises. The studio is excellent, the atmosphere of the training is great, the equipments are all very good, and Noreen is always searching for ways to improve the quality of her trainings and infrastructure. I feel very lucky to have found the Pilates Moves studio and to be training with Noreen.

A super nice studio with many different devices and an incredibly nice and very professional and competent trainer. I feel very well taken care of, feel better physically and see that muscles are building! :-)

She "lives" what she teaches, is an incredibly charismatic person and manages to convey the sometimes really challenging exercises in a way that also gives the participants pleasure. Without the professional and very individual support of Noreen, after my unfortunately very difficult back operation and the bad time afterwards, I would hardly have been able to move and train myself almost painlessly. Noreen takes a lot of time to put together a training tailored to the individual problems of the customer. Thank you for your help :-)
