I have been attending the yoga class Mira every week for many years since the lessons with Lucie are first class. It is good for body, mind and soul. It is a place to relax.

A beautiful place that will calm you down as soon as you enter the yoga school. I have been enjoying competent and relaxing classes there for 18 years. I would particularly like to highlight the areas of yoga philosophy and integral yoga according to Sri Aurobindo as particularly valuable. The yoga school Mira is my absolute recommendation.
