Full rip off 2 hours for € 4.50 madness will never park there again.

I was recommended the parking garage by TÜV-Nord Essen. But when I arrived on Sunday evening at about 17 clock on the parking garage was already closed. Since I was a non-native, I did not know where to park at that moment. It was already dark and I decided to park somewhere under a bridge to get the car the next day. That's why only 3 stars because I have not been told that the car park closed at 17 o'clock.
