Very rude, not on customer requests in detail, not helpful to find a solution, conclusion .... another bank wanted, which has found a suitable solution immediately despite less content. That's what I call competence and full commitment to the customer, where customer and bank are both satisfied. This bank can not be recommended, since only customers with a lot of money to pull land, but the little ones who scrape off for less money just not to slip into Hartz 4, are treated like lepers and dismissed.
