There is no privacy screen at the terminal in the bank branch, everyone can look at your fingers, no data protection. 👎 In the anteroom, despite the recent installation of an ATM, no more deposits are possible than before in the outside area. 👎No good customer service.

The prices are now underground and the machines outside too often broken. Better to switch to another (direct) bank, like the Comdirect, and save a lot of money.
