You cannot deposit money in the evening. Of course, you still pay the fees if someone cannot debit. It is also not pointed out that the Sparkasse closes completely so early. And generally I pay more than 20 euros a month for my account and I wouldn't advise anyone to open an account here !!!

I don't know the name but she helped me very quickly, the first time it was fast in this branch. If everyone were so quick and competent, my account model was changed for whatever reason I was charged 46 euros for account management fees. And without much back and forth, she resolved my concern immediately. MANY THANKS ;)

Unfortunately, I also had the experience of getting a ticket for over € 30 after parking there after work for a good hour. I seriously ask myself should this be the new business model of Sparkasse Oberhausen?

Shame, shame that after 1h. parking as a customer with 30, - € is asked to pay! Customer-friendly is something else !!!!

Nice new branch but very unfriendly staff and a very lousy dealing with customers. With problems one is passed on only because no one feels responsible. Suggestions for resolving the problem are being answered rudely and condescendingly. But the picture runs through many savings banks. The savings banks manage themselves. Luckily !
