I have no idea why these bad reviews are here. The lady behind the counter was super personable and very helpful and explicitly mentioned again that a longer period of compensation will occur due to the holiday.

So I do not understand the reviews. One can very well observe the exchange rates daily and then exchange them if the course "pleases" one. The employee there certainly dices not the courses and not the fees. The staff is well-groomed, friendly and very hard-working (ask for preference large / small notes, etc.). I would exchange currencies there again at any time.

I deposited $ X on my ING account on Friday at 11:32 h. However, the amount was credited to my account only after the month after 14:00 h. This is definitely too long.

So forgetting the exchange rate from Croatian Kuna to Euro's is so outrageous: D Instead of 7.35 = 1 €; 11.5 = 1 € rip off, but unfortunately the only option in Oberhausen. I advise everyone to change their money back to Euro's on vacation, even ATMs abroad give a better exchange rate.
