I can only recommend Sifu Carsten Hoffmann. He is an authentic person. He has a great deal of specialist knowledge and competence as well as empathy.

A very good address for self-defense and martial arts for both children and adults. A pleasant atmosphere and a very competent trainer. You learn a lot and there is no shortage of fun. Highly recommended in my opinion!

Can only recommend the EAWK. A very nice and competent trainer. Training under him is fun and really helped me. Always like to go there again!
