We took a view tile for a deposit of € 7.50. You can keep one for 4 weeks. After six weeks we went back, apologized for the delay, but wanted to get an order of € 1000 immediately. In other words, we liked the view tile! 😉 No, that doesn't work, said the more than unfriendly saleswoman, now you have to pay for the tile first (7.50), only then can you buy it (1000). We were speechless !! Help, customer threatens to order! The boss was not in the house, so we insisted on speaking to him by phone. Very nice, very competent. Of course he sold us the tiles, but not without pointing out to us that his business had “rules” that customers had to observe. Well, everything is correct, we understand, but the proportionality is not correct here. Our conclusion: the impossible Employee, we can only recommend not to seek advice from the only woman there. The male colleagues are very nice and flexible. As for us, we'll be adding more tiles for buy the basement elsewhere.

Very good selection of tiles. The quality is right. The prices are great. I am very satisfied with the customer service, especially Sebastian top seller and very personable :)
