So satisfied with everything there. The employees are all nice and friendly. The decorations are amazing, really give the experience of the smurf village. Overall, I will give thousands stars if I can.
And If it’s nearby, I probably will go more often. It’s smurftastic!!!! Absolutely worth the price.
We were there for the first time today and are very enthusiastic! Very nice and detailed. The puzzles for the children in particular make the beautiful atmosphere exciting! Of course you should also take your time and not run through it, but since there is so much to see it won't get boring! The staff were all very friendly and hygiene and distance are observed without restrictions! Disinfectant at the entrance and the distance within always guaranteed. Thank you for the great experience, I'll see you again soon :) Unfortunately, we only saw the Smurfette walking past when we were going out that was a shame, but the child and parents are thrilled! Keep it up!
We thought it was great there. Mega beautifully made with great attention to detail. The children's eyes have not stopped shining.
And it doesn't get boring, because there is different “action” in every room plus the plan that you get to solve the “riddle”.
The VR glasses were the absolute highlight.
Absolute recommendation 👌🏼
First of all, a little statement about the hygiene measures: The disinfectant dispenser at the entrance was empty when we entered the Expo Hall. We also looked in vain for disinfectant dispensers in the hall. After we left the hall after 1.5 hours, the dispenser at the entrance was still empty! Since it was really not that full that day, we were very surprised. We know it differently from many amusement parks. The regulated admission of small groups at the entrance, which was also facilitated by tickets with fixed times, worked well. In the exhibition it got a bit narrower here and there and you had to be careful. We didn't see the tablets and touchscreens cleaned after use. They looked accordingly. But that was the case with VR glasses.
The exhibition itself was okay. The individual rooms were designed in an atmospheric way with great attention to detail. For us, however, after a brief initial enthusiasm, it was a bit too much “still life”. Besides a swing rope, a small climbing wall and a wobbly bridge with a mini slide, there wasn't much on offer. The digital attractions were limited to video screens on which Smurfs talked, and a few tablets on which, among other things, could do a survey that started all over again if you didn't answer quickly enough (from my point of view a NO GO, something like that has to be noticed ?!). The highlight was definitely the flight of storks with the VR glasses, which was really fun!
What exactly the quiz was supposed to convey on the card I was given was also not entirely clear to me.
I couldn't really see a special learning effect ...
But as you can read in other reviews, the price / performance ratio is not right here! 48 euros for 2 adults and a child is definitely too much.
The exhibition pretty much exceeded our expectations. The entire exhibition was put together with so much love. So many nice details. Great ideas were implemented and worked out in detail. The warm lights provided an even nicer atmosphere. The music and the spoken lyrics were of good quality. Not a bit distorted, as you have often seen elsewhere. To top it all off, there was a virtual flight as a smurf on a stork. Great! A big compliment also to the staff. Very friendly. We were there for a good hour and a half and would have loved to go through it again. An absolutely recommendable and unique experience where the price is really justified. Have fun to everyone who is our guest there.
