A really nice store for baking!

I was at Tortendeko in Oberhausen on December 3rd, 2020. Except for me, nobody was in the store at the time. I needed advice and had a picture with me for my ideas. Only after the second speech did the uninterested saleswoman respond to me. Instead of advising me, only statements like “No” and “I don't know” came in the most unfriendly way. The saleswoman gave you the feeling that you were not wanted and she was not interested in advising me. I felt my visit was not customer-oriented and the advice was very incompetent. I will not come back again.

If you are already a saleswoman in a shop like this, you should have at least a little specialist knowledge and maybe offer other options. Unfortunately, none of the things I usually got there were not in stock, the "nice" staff always answered my questions with a no. It's a shame, was there quite often at the time and was always well advised
