This clerk was simply told "that she must confirm that the card is handed out" because my partner has a savings card from Göppingen. We moved here and live here, so we can not pick up the card in Göppingen. Of course, the counselor said after WORDWAHL that she can not do that. I then phoned her and said that the Sparkasse in Herne only needs a confirmation from you to verify that the person is the Account Owner. My partner was on site with identity card and all NECESSARY information. However, then the Sachberaterin Göppingen was made a cancellation.
