I have been a customer of this bank for many years and I was satisfied for a long time. Now I can only say: the service is getting worse and worse, the knowledge and the friendliness of the staff both tend towards zero and the fees are increasing more and more. If it wasn't that complicated to switch, I'd be gone long ago!

On 14.10.2019 I had an appointment for a mortgage. At this date, I mentioned the urgency of mortgage lending, as a commitment of the bank by 04:11:19 at 12:00 clock must be available to the seller. The responsible employee, Mr. M., has promised me that he will take care of it and inform me as soon as possible. Since nothing had happened by the middle of the 43 KW, I called Mr M. and asked how the state of affairs is. He only told me that the "decision maker" was not there and therefore there is no decision yet. He comforted me then on the 44 KW. Since I still had not heard anything until 31.10.2019, I called Mr. M. again. Another employee answered and wrote a callback note. Today is the 04.11.2019 after 12:00 clock and I wait in vain for a call. It's a bottomless impudence to hold people. This mortgage offer was so important to me because I made plans for the future. Unfortunately, Mr. M. has unfortunately ruined everything and I do not know how he can reconcile it with his conscience. That's what I'm used to at the Sparda Bank. Next time, I'll think about whether I'll go to Sparda Bank at all.

Account no longer free! There are now two models Online or Flex. Bankcard fees were also increased. What leads a co-operative bank to absurdity! Everyone should check it out for themselves.
