just great, the advice was great, a lot of experience, employees are very well trained, I have never seen a better branch than in Herne, highly recommended. Special Ms. Lange, my clerk got the grade 1 with a star, she took the time to explain everything to me, was very constructive and with her knowledge she took away all my fears and doubts, you couldn't expect more from a clerk.

Great bank friendly and very competent staff. I am more than happy. You feel in good hands there. Ms. Bals is a super competent and friendly woman who really loves her job and you can feel that as a customer.

We decided to change banks. Ms. Lange convinced us to switch to TARGOBANK! After a conversation of almost 2 hours including paperwork 🙈, we were automatically offered a second appointment to clarify open questions and set up the TARGOBANK app together! Customer service excellent !!!
