You only want to exchange 1: 1 money in a larger bill, you have to wait 8 minutes to be told that this is only possible for your own customers. No sign of goodwill or anything. The last store and they get so much money for it, a disaster!

I can only say something about the telephone service. It's the third time I'm trying to call for half an hour, but I'm not put through. That doesn't speak for competence. I wouldn't actually have to call if online banking had been made smarter. I have given a telephone number that I no longer use, but which is the only way to be able to use the TAN procedure. However, to change my number I need a TAN account, which I cannot get as long as my number is incorrect. No matter what I do it doesn't work. Customer service doesn't respond. Update: The problem was solved well. Many thanks

Employee was very rude and condescending. This is something you will definitely find great as a customer.

Not helpful and just moneymaking. Fees are unbelievably high and amounts of € 50 are debited without warning. I can only advise against it!
