Sparkasse Bochum - Geschäftsstelle

I give this branch one star for its ATM and the second for the machine with the bank statements. Also available outside of the opening times and so far there have been no problems with them. BUT there is no machine for transfers. Very problematic for me as a Sparkasse customer of another branch. To do this, I always have to drive to the main branch downtown. That in itself is a pretty big shortcoming, but it gets worse. When I asked about transfers during opening hours, they told me that I could hand them in. So I fill out the form and am faced with the task of finding out where I can throw it in. After a lot of confused walking around, which the employees could have interpreted as "not at home" in this branch, I still couldn't find a box, an employee took it PERSONALLY. Questionable for data protection reasons, but fine, after all, it pays my bill. I thought. Two weeks later I receive a reminder. The bill has not been paid. I check my bank statements and see that my transfer has actually not been paid out. I then pay the branch a visit to get to the bottom of it. There I am informed that only customers of Sparkasse Bochum (to which I do not belong) can submit transfers here. With my manually submitted transfer, which of course states which Sparkasse my account belongs to, which was PERSONALLY accepted and stored somewhere, I was wondering why a) I was not pointed out at the moment of submission and b) when The moment it is decided to refuse my transfer, no attempt is made to contact me. I think that's outrageously bold. I think this branch can just close. If they were to put a machine up front for transfers that I can also use as an external person, all my dreams would be fulfilled and the branch would get 5 stars from me. You can do without staff who are not helpful anyway.

This evaluation goes to the branch in Bochum Riemke: We as a family have been Sparkasse customers for over 25 years and we have never seen anything like it. My father was in Riemke today and spoke to an employee xy. He forgot his login details for his online banking and wanted to inquire. The employee xy actually says that he should never come here for such a small thing and threw him out in good German. Conclusion: all services that we have run through the Sparkasse for years and accounts are terminated (6 people). Too bad I was not there. I will drop by in the next few days and ask for a conversation with the office manager. THAT WILL NOT DO!

Cheeky employees. My wife was treated really cheeky and condescending by an employee today because she needed the bank statements of the last 3 months. Then 36 euros were deducted for the statements. He asked my wife in a cheeky, brisk tone why Sue doesn't have online banking and you don't have to get statements so often. The mother worker treated my wife like scum. And that is not possible

Staff absolutely great! In addition, there is a bill changer in the anteroom (also accessible outside of business hours) a Aaaaaber..no machine for transfers available ... and for a transfer you have to queue forever because you should hand it in instead of throwing it into the "mailbox" ... if the customer needs advice on something in front of you, the line of those who just want to make a transfer pulls out into the anteroom. It annoys animal.
