Very shameful branch of the Sparkasse ...... I would recommend zero, really zero service .... Even 1 star is too much 😡😡😡

Bad service! The coin changer has not been working for over a week! I have been to the Sparkasse EVERY day from Friday and I was always told: "We still have to call a technician". You are not a Mcdonals! It cannot be possible that in a week you will not be able to take the phone and call a technician. And I've been trying to reach someone in the branch for two hours and nobody answers the phone. I do not want to paddle there again with a huge sack of small change to be able to paddle home with the sack again Mess honest!

Since today I curse the Sparkasse have a fault and the money is still not there. From Monday I'm somewhere else. I'm out on the lie club. P.s to the bank I change now I have no monthly fee;)

Rip off pure ... I have always deposited a few coins in between and now I should pay € 2.50 per deposit? Today I had 22 € in my account and then I wanted to deposit 3 € to have 25 € to withdraw it and then my 3 € was seriously charged at 2.50 €!
