The queuing at the service points is not my thing, but what makes the Sparkassenhauptstelle not everything to save staff ... The staff in this branch is very, very nice and always helpful! Since other branches should cut off a slice!

Unbelievably bad advice in customer service. The statements contradict themselves with other SPK branches. Badly trained, or learning resistance? So you can not keep any customers. Termination after 20 years.

Bad advice, e.g. T. wrong information. If you ask at the main office, you get a different info. Far too high fees for this and that. I even received bank statements, although I did not apply for it, and promptly again fee. After more than 4 decades I have canceled my account at the Sparkasse.

Branch Hofstede on the Dorstener Str. Hell I am actually from Witten, but we have two shops in Witten and one in Bochum Hofstede. Now we are for years customers of Sparkasse Witten with 4 accounts and all the Zip and Zap you need as a business customer. However, if you need Witten as a savings bank, in Hofstede 4x rolls of 10 cents you will be rejected. Even if you present 4 EC cards and indicates that you are just embarrassed for small change. The small state of the Spaarkasse Bochum is unique in the Sparkassenverbund. We have then changed the money at Commerzbank without any problems. So close yet so far.
