The Karana Yoga Center is truly a place of rest and relaxation. A top-class wellness oasis for body and mind. The owner Kara is a wonderful person with a lot of empathy and a feeling for the essentials. Your courses are paired with heart and mind and are highly recommended. Nice that there is the Karana in Herne. I hope for many more informative and enriching hours in this facility. Keep it up, Kara and good luck for the future. All the best from Anja.

At the very first visit I felt at home in the Karana Yoga Center felt. Kara is a very emphatic, lovable person and I have felt very comfortable with her for almost 3 years. The yoga sessions are good for me and I go home very relaxed. There is a wide range of different courses and individual sessions here. felt
