Accessibility good, as well as the equipment, unfortunately there are no adequate changing rooms and shower rooms. The training is professionally individual and performance-related. The audience as well as the training partner are very nice, despite beating and kicking. So far there are no negative aspects. Event tournaments are very well attended. The fighters are very motivated. One of the most qualified and experienced trainers in NRW. Adrenaline is one of the top addresses for kick and Thai boxing. Quite top address for newbies and amateurs. 2 stars less for changing rooms and sanitary rooms.

Very good martial arts gym! The coach is very competent and nice. The training never gets boring due to constant variation of the exercises. The training is tailored to the skills of the participants. Competitors will receive a separate "private" training. The rooms are very well suited: high ceilings, plenty of space, the floor is laid out with mats, many sandbags and many other training equipment. There is also a boxing ring. Since it will probably interest one or the other: The proportion of members of foreign origin is estimated at 50%. ALL people are really great on it. Everyone respects each other and training with everyone is really great. I think the troupe is a balanced, very good mix! There is also a growing ladies group. Just try it.
