We have been to all Bayreuth branches with land.
The staff vary from good to bad. The customer simply notices that these people do not like to work there and that is how the customer is served.
Schaller has never offered quality ... and everything has gotten worse since the change of ownership. Only profit-oriented from coffee to mini pastries. Not to mention the taste .... lousy.
