I have been loyal to the store for over 5 years and have always been positively convinced of the quality and especially the friendliness of the staff. Today, however, I was treated extremely condescendingly by an employee. I can understand that your one-way system and the additional requirements are currently causing displeasure, but you should never pass this on to the customer. If shopping turns into an intelligence test and customers are standing around perplexed, you should perhaps rethink your poor signage and not take it out on the customer (the customer after me - after questionable hesitation - also stumbled across the belt). Dear Fuchs bakery, I am disappointed!

Delicious pastries and bread. Unfortunately, there are too few salespeople around at peak times and you stand in line for half the break - that's not nice.

I like the baked goods and the bread from the Fuchs bakery is particularly delicious, the Fuchskästle. There is fresh every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A delicious multigrain bread with sunflowers. The cakes, tarts and baked pieces are also very good. Try it yourself.
