In fact not recommended, too small and not that special
Within walking distance of the train station in Dortmund there is this small exhibition area which deals in different exhibitions with different topics. The entrance is free and therefore one must also have a look that it is always only a manageable number of examples that are presented to the various areas. The exhibitions are primarily aimed at comic novices who have not dealt much with the medium, but if you're in town and have half an hour you can spend them worse (and more expensive), but especially for Dortmund you should think twice.
Definitely worth a visit. Free entry. You can (also) plant yourself in a beanbag and read selected comics.
The current exhibition is very interesting. Difficult I find the fact that there is no visitor toilet! 👎
